If you want any sort of reliable responses, you will need to post better photos of the dial.

Need focused closeup photos of the dial with hands moved off script to determine originality. Hard to help you otherwise. Case looks quite polished.

Watch has “Swiss” on the dial. That means it should have an “OXG” US import mark near the balance, which of course, we can’t see.

Crown is an incorrect replacement.

very tired looking movement, seems it has been harshly cleaned a few times over the years...plus all the above comments.

Upclose FOCUSED pictures will help us help you.

Before posting the pix, send them to yourself and if they are low Rez and unfocused, keep repeating the cycle till you see nice clean, hi rez, Focused pix. Then post them.

as it sits with these pix..........gold content value plus $300USD and you won't get badly burned if the dial has been redone.

for 1800USD I'd want a perfect looking example....these are not rare or scarce.

Omega Forums is your best resource. Stick around, follow the recommended EBay thread, become familiar with search functions and research the references you like so you are familiar with what to expect. Then post before you buy with good photos and your assessment for best results. There are no shortcuts. Welcome to OF

And keep an eye on the sales forum, the best watches usually come from other collectors.

No book, I can show you my scars, if you like.....and you'll recognize me by my slight limp, hacking cough and faraway stare when we meet.
