Hi all, just looking for a second opinion about this watch

This is an Omega cal. 269

The crown has been replaced

The dial has some patina and marks

Does the movement look okay?

The movement looks genuine.

To determine whether it is “okay” or not, you’ll need to show it to a watchmaker.

Checking similar models the price range it's between 200-350 USD..so not much over priced.
