I’m interested in buying this vintage Omega Seamaster, but I’m unsure if it’s real or fake. Could someone help take a look and let me know what you think? Thanks!

Its real but not in a good condition. The Rotor plating has worn of because the rotor bearing has to much play and the dial seams to be redone at some point.

Do you think it's worth 600 USD or should I just look for better options?

Definitely look for a better option.

But, kudos to you for checking here before buying.

I don't like the "Seamaster" text on this. And the case / lugs look very polished. I agree with Spruce, I'd move on.

Look in OF private watch sales.

This is about the same price and an example of what you can find here - and so much better than the one you posted …

It is perfectly genuine but perfectly nasty and typical of what Omega was producing from around 1972-1985 ie the dark ages. I don't see a redial personally but it is not a nice example of the breed, the movement is worn and dirty and what little ornamentation there is on the back has been basically sanded away. I'd take it at $60, at $600, not so much.
