Is this Omega Seamaster from 1958 genuine?

The watch looks basically genuine but things are off. The M in Automatic is the wrong shape so IMO the dial has been repainted. The markers are lumed but the hands are not and I do not believe that crown is correct for that watch. Also, shouldn't 503s be marked Calendar? Whatever, I don't like it.

Not sure what your mean real deal. It is real. The dial has been re-finished. Omega wouldn't put a lume dot on "Swiss Made".

To be fair, this isn't a foolproof tell - it does happen on some references though not this one.

Does the lumed hour markers match the unlumed hands????

It is sure that these hands and thear lume dots do not belong together. Most often, it is because the hands have been changed. In this case, I would bet the hands are genuine - because they match perfectly the dial - and the dots have been added later. But it would be rather strange...
