Need help identifying this Omega Seamaster Model Number

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone could identify the exact model number of this Omega watch. I inherited this watch from my father. Unfortunately, I lost the watch in one of the California fires. I loved this watch, and although a replacement will never be the same, I would still like to find an exact match. I thought it was from 1958, but I noticed all of the ones I found say Swiss Made under the 6 position, whereas this one simply says Swiss. Any help would be very much appreciated. It looks like a franken watch to me - the case appears to be a 2627 ref but the dial and movement appears to be from a 2849 ref.
