Let us know if that takes whatever it is off, but if they are are stains, you would have felt it on your skin if it pitted sapphire.
Dings and scratches in the AR? I asume you have wiped the crystal as mentioned above.
I’ve only got this watch for 2 weeks, is the AR coat that easily scratched?

If it appears only under certain lights, I would vote for a defective crystal. I had one such spot on my sapphire crystal, it could not be polished but could be seen under "correct" conditions (direct light + inclination). Omega replaced the crystal during a warranty service of the movement. But I have to say you seem to have surprisingly many spots on the crystal, I'd take it to a boutique for their assessment.
Not normally. How have you worn it? Mine is two years old.
I occasionally use a basic, extra soft toothbrush to brush the watch off. Every few months, I use it and good old Palmolive dish soap to keep the head and bracelet clean, rinsing thoroughly with running, lukewarm water.
I haven’t wash the watch yet. Only microfiber cloth wipes. By the way nice clasp.
May I ask where did you get it from?
