·Hello, and thank you for letting me join this forum! I am a relatively new watch collector. I just received this Omega Tank in the mail. I have not removed the dust cover yet as I am a newbie and need to get the proper tools first, but looking at the shape and dimensions, I am pretty sure this is a T.17. Can anyone confirm for me?
Also, has anyone seen this dial type? I have another T.17 and the only catalogues I can find don't feature this bauhaus dial and Wadsworth case. I found one being sold in Japan, but I am pretty sure that houses a R17.8 movement (attached reference). Thanks! Love this watch.
