Is this a Fake Dial Omega Speedmaster 300

Hello

Does anyone know here online there might be a complete dial information for Omega Seamaster 300 ?

Some sites have some information but must are pretty incomplete

Dial in question attached, Number Font looks incorrect to me. 1969ish watch

I’m no expert, but I didn’t think the loop is closed on the “6” at six o’clock. Back in the day, that was a major tell of a fake dial.

Agreed. The 6 and 9 look a little suspicious to me. On all the real dials I have seen, there is a bigger gap.

I just bought a Omega Seamaster 300, It has a 550 movement inside of it and I am unsure if this is all original or not. Any help on if this watch is been tampered with or what is...

I can't remember where I got this below photo, but this looks like a dial in "D" style. A few examples have been observed with Cal 550 movement in 27,xxx,xxx range and delivered to the USA.

Always nice to learn something new. And the picture the original poster posted does have the short middle stroke in the E. So it is looking real based on that — just uncommon.

Man, the variation in those dials... some of them look incredibly sloppy. Obviously a lot of it has to do with degradation over time, particularly in respect to the lume, but even the differences in type form, kerning and logo shape is quite eye opening.
