Just to get better at spotting, I see:
Font too think
Font too white
Lume in hands is white
Minute marks too close to centre
Hour hand covering Font makes me nervous, so do nice black dials.
Star is rotated a bit
Lume dot at 3 is whiter than all others.

Yes a redial. To add to Bruce’s list, the quality of the print is simply too poor and the word ‘Certified’ looks like it’s had one to many sherry’s.

As a general rule … view black dials with suspicion. This I have learned here.

I also didn't trust the thick white font. Also, the "st" in Constellation looks weird to me. The S doesn't seem round enough. I think the thick font eats up the inner negative space. White lume on hands jumped out at me but I skipped over the eBay listing so missed the 3 o'clock lume dot. Also thought that alone doesn't mean it's a redial, just a relume (ignoring the other signs). I'm not sure the star is rotated. I think it may just be from every picture being taken at an angle.
