Is this a Refinished Dial or Not?

Hi, as the title said i need some assistance checking if this is a redial or not. 136 012 reference from late 60s. Picked it up for a decent deal, but seeing the tail on the R of seamaster is making me question it. everything else looks okay but needed more opinions. It could also be a piece of something as i haven’t opened up the dial to check yet. thank you!

I vote yes.The Omega text looks too thick and the "T SWISS MADE T" is too wide.

Those are some nice close up photos.
To me, the Omega text looks too big and stands out as an outlier for me

To me the biggest doubt is from the "r" in seamaster text and the "600" text, which is not well aligned. Also 6 is smaller than the two zeros.
Something wrong also from the applied Ω logo, which seems to have dropped a bit. I would say it's refinished.

What happened above the Omega symbol?
That is damage from the replacement of the symbol after refinish.

I vote redial as well. Omega logo, R in Seamaster, and Swiss T text all look off to me.
