Is this a put-together watch?

Hello everyone,

I have found this watch for a very reasonable price that looks beautiful, but I have the feeling that it’s not an original one and has been put together from random parts. What do you think of it?

This isn't an "original" watch. The parts may all be Omega, but do they all go together?
Certainly not the re-painted dial.

I've looked at this for a couple of minutes to try and find something positive to say.
Can't think of a single thing.
[wrist band is ok maybe?]
