Is this a married couple of parts, case and dial

Hi,
I am being suspicious of this, this watch is a friends of mine and asked me to fix it. I believe the movement caliber 351 (serial # 12635944) and case (reference # 2597-7) are genuine however the dial seems to be redone and questioning the case style isn't correct either. Can you please help. The movement is taken apart.

Definite redial.
Everything else looks OK, although the lugs have been polished very harshly.
