So apparently anything is possible.

However, at the moment, the OP watch would be more desirable without that added branding on the dial and the personalized engraving, IMO. Rare does not equal desirable. It's not an attractive or recognizable logo, and the engraving on the back is not appealing.

I bought a watch on chrono24 a few years ago, and the seller include his original sales receipt as part of the documentation for the watch. He has traded in a Dominos Rolex to buy a Tudor BB41, and I think he only got like $3K credit.

This is why I don't sell anything... To avoid imaginary, future financial disappointment 馃榾

Edit: just realized that my post might have sounded supportive of the OP's position. I was just reflecting at the vagaries of the watch market, not agreeing that this is a surefire investment scheme.

Pretty much the only omegas (and likely for all the other brands as well) that appreciate with non-original alterations are the military watches. The few exceptions are the watches personalized for famous people.
