The Geneves can be had around $200, I've bought half a dozen of them in the 200-250 USD range that were clean good watches and had them serviced as cheap first pieces for friends that wanted to get into a vintage mechanical watch but didn't want to spend a great deal of money until they were sure it was for them.
They are IMO currently undervalued (though not by a large amount) by the market and great value but that doesn't mean you should overpay for them, there is a huge supply of them relative to earlier and more desirable models due to their unusually good water resistance and durable case designs.
