A local pawn shop is offering this for around 200$... Is it a fake or ? I've never seen one and they don't know how to open it ( I wouldn't touch it as to stay an "uninformed buyer" ) It's around 5cm lug to lug and 3cm across... The dial is black with a blueish reflection and the "Swiss Made" is all weird to me. My Google-Fu is not doing me any favors. Thanks!
Any Idea of a reference number i could try and research? At 200$ it seems a bargain to me when old TV dial geneves are going 3 times as much on the local marketplaces...
It appears it is a genuine ref. 155.0005 and some of the printing on the dial has been cleaned away... https://www.catawiki.com/l/21855097-omega-deville-155-005-men-1970-1979
Omega made many many different dial variations, even on a specific model, and even more so on the ladies designs. The dial is original in my opinion.
Agreed- and even if it’s not for you, at $200 it would make a nice gift...of course after spending the money on a service...don’t want to give a gift of a watch that craps out 2 weeks later....ask me how I know
She got a handwound Geneve instead of a Wellington she wanted. So this could be my "weird" watch I'll take another look tomorrow. You guys are enablers
