Is the T-T in the "Swiss made" legit?

Hello,

I was checking on this watch for 600$ on Ebay, but when checking the dial, in the bottom you see the T-swiss made-T. Is that normal? Also, what do you think about the watch?

It's normal, but note that this is probably a gold-plated/filled watch and I believe I may be seeing some plating loss at the tip of the 1 o'clock lug, which would be a dealbreaker.

I agree with @Dan S about both the watch and the condition.

I also think that the price is too high, particularly for a gold plated Geneve.

I’ve just had a quick glance at EBay’s ‘Omega Geneve’ and there a quite a few in the $350-500 range.

Unless you’re desperate for a gold model, stainless steel will last better and can be dressed up or down.

The thin gold plating on these models is 0.02 mm thick. It wears quickly.

Well, I just bought it for 570$ (asked for a discount). Checking the other pictures don't seem to have any major lost in the plating but thank you all for your feedback.

Its the first vintage watch I buy on Ebay and I have been around 2 years looking for a watch like this one, so to me is part of the learning process. I hope when I receive it is not too damaged!

Thank you all again 😀
