Article is what it is, and everyone falls on one side of the line or the other (demographics here don’t represent the vast number of enthusiastic Daytona/Rolex fans).
The biggest issue I have with the article is the false statement about there being only 1 Speedmaster and 2 Daytona’s to chose from. Nothing could be farther from the truth. One of the common complaints around here is that Omega make too many Speedmaster models! There is the full range of xSOTM, racing dials, Mark II, and the frequent release of LE’s.
Terribly false journalism if you ask me, for that fact alone. (The other aspects are predictable for anyone trying to write about popular watches...)
