Is Omega warranty international?

I’m looking at purchasing a watch from a private seller who bought the watch in Kathmandu earlier this year. I’m the red warranty cards are stamped and dated as such.

Should anything go wrong with the watch, will it be covered by international (specifically UK) warranty?

Yes, but an AD in the UK could charge you handling fee if they send it to Omega, at an OB it would be free of charge.
