is it a redial?

I am thinking about purchasing this omega but i am not sure about the the dial.
i have never seen an omega dial like that, and i am not sure whether its a redial or not so i could really use some help.
the crown looks like a replacement and the case looks a bit polished but i can live with that.
what would a reasonable price be?
i would really appreciate a second opinion.

I don't think is worth to buy the watch. Even if is an original dial, it is in horrible condition. The crown is not original either. Anyways, personally, I never seen an Omega dial like this.

It was a pin striped dial. Dunno what it is now.

A movement and a case that could still be recycled…😁
