Is 300€ too much for this 131.019 vintage Omega?

Dear Forum members,
i would like to ask your help with this Omega 131.019.
The seller wants 300 € for it and i was wondering if that price is fair or too high.
As far as I can say the dial and hands look fine. The crown is obviously not correct but the seller told me that already. I was told everything else is original. I am a bit concerned if the watch is not overpolished, especially when looking at the case bottom.
The seller states his watch watchmaker has checked the watch but not serviced it so for me that means the service history is unknown.

How do the experts here evaluate it?

I am sorry but somehow i cannot upload the pictures at the moment. I always get the error message that the contents do not match the file extension but they are just normal jpegs.
