Can anyone please give me some thoughts on the dial on this 1675? According to the sn it should be a mark 2, and the wide gap between the O and L look correct for a mark 2. But the GMT and scoc do not line up in comparison to others I have seen, but it also does not look like the pictures of service dials I have looked at.
Also the blue/red at 18 on the insert does not match othe examples as the red should finish before and not in the middle of the 8. I then started questioning the whole bezel.
Any other thoughts or comments you can provide will greatly accepted too!

Let’s start with the obvious, the insert is a fake which then should sound alarm bells about the rest of the watch. The dial colors to me looked very odd at first glance. Upon closer inspection, the dial also looks to be fake. I’d pass on this watch as it’s not compelling package.

At first I just looked at the 8 and noticed it wasn't right for a red-back, but after Alex's comment I looked more closely at other key features (like the 22) and I totally agree that the insert is aftermarket. I haven't looked closely at the dial.

Indeed the "overhanging" 2's are the second giveaway that the insert is aftermarket.

Is it advertised as "original"?

could be the lighting of the shot, but what an odd shade of yellow/green

If it is public and you don’t mind, can you share where you found this? It looks like Vietnamese/Chinese work.

As mentioned, insert an obvious aftermarket. For me, what looks really suspicious is the shape of the crown guards. The lime is also wonky.

Dial doesn't look legit either.

If the seller is offering it as an original Rolex I would report it.
