Inherited Omega pocket watch but model looks different than most omega pocket watches.

Hello I am new to this forum and I am looking for help identifying my watch. Since a while I have inherited a vintage Omega pocket watch but it is different from most pocket watches by Omega online.

Most striking difference with the pocket watches you see online is the way it (does not) open.

The body of the watch is made out of one piece and it seems that you can only open the watch by removing the glass cover, perhaps by unscrewing the corrugated ring?

Does anybody know if this is a genuine Omega and when it was built? Is it possible to replace the scratched glass and repair the scratched body?

And how do I open the watch without damaging it?

Thanks for your reply !馃榾

Any ideas on age and model of this watch?

If you open it and show photos of the inside, we will be able to give you more information.

Thank you Dan, The problem is that I can鈥檛 open the watch. Apparently you have to unscrew the ring holding the crystal but it is stuck.

I could not find any resembling watch but the most similar ones date from the early 20th century (1910) Would that be far off?

1910-20 with that font on the dial, maybe into the 20's.
