Info on vintage dynamic second hand

Hi I wanted to know an info since I can’t find omega dynamic second hand anywhere of the vintage version.

Will the memomatic or omega 1040 seamaster chronograph second hand fit the vintage omega dynamic 1020/1010/753 caliber? They look same. I guess if the length is right I can modify the hand tube.
