So, it was toss-up between this and the De Ville Hour Vision Orbis. Ultimately, I ended up a little obsessed with Glashutte Original and their PanoMaticLunar. The movement and finishing is of course very impressive, but it was the design of the dial and proportions of the elements it contains that really sold me.
A good PML example popped up for sale (case No. 00006) at a fair price, so I saw no reason to hesitate 😀
