Impressively Aged Speedy at Auction - thoughts

Hi All,

Did anyone follow this auction yesterday at Gildings for an impressively distressed Speedy? I think this was the only photo - the last bid was £6k and it had a lot of followers but I didn't see the hammer price. Interested in OF members thoughts on this - Omega could reissue this and call it 'Left on the Moon'....
