Hello Omega Forum! I typically lurks in Watchuseek forum discussing Seiko but i feel the time was right for me to buy Omega. First i bought a speedmaster 3594.50 from fellow forum member in watchuseek, and secondly a 168.017 sp c shaped constellation. Both watch is working great, perhaps a small calibration is needed to make it absolutely accurate but other function works perfectly. Would love to ask your opinion if these two watches i bought are allright or they are lemon and i just burn few thousand dollar. My main concern is mainly the constellation, i paid 500$ for it on ebay, not sure if thats a bad deal or not but honestly i really love it. Any opinions are appreciated. Good or bad
It's about time you joined a decent forum. I don't know much about Speedmasters but your Constellation looks great, an absolute steal at $500. I have the day/date 168.029 with same grey dial. There's one exactly like yours on page11 here https://omegaforums.net/threads/the-c-cased-constellation-thread.72308/
yea that C constellation is sweet. I would source an original SS bracelet for it and wear it with pride.
Love the broad arrow Speedy- they are a steal right now and on my list for sure. I have the same Connie and the bricks bracelet is worth every penny and they come up often. They are a love hate among Connie fans, I personally love them and think they are undervalued. But the hands look too early for the C- case. Did they do the dagger hands on this model? Here’s mine with the factory bracelet for comparison-
Ya you done good. The constellation is one of few that seem to pop up at deals once in a while. That is an excellent example you have.
