I'm involved in a transaction dispute with a dealer

The seller is in Germany; European laws (and therefore those in Germany as well) grant the customer the right to return the product free of charge, without providing any explanation, within 14 days from the date of receipt.


Simply tell the seller that you are exercising your right of return and that you will ship the watch back, and that you expect a full refund.
