So much to look forward to in September. Forget about the negativity. Let’s focus on the good. New Rolex Seiko Street Fighter line New Christopher Nolan movie PlayStation 5 release (not in September, but we’re getting there) Cooler weather Anything exiting happening in your life in September?
I finally get to get my drivers license renewed it expired 18april I guess the Department of motor vehicles is working on the backlog
Cooler weather will take me from shorts to jeans at some point in September, ushering in pocket watch season, pumpkin lattes and colourful fall leaf shows
I will say being in the New England area (I know we aren’t the only ones who experience it) but I am looking forward to hiking as the foliage changes. I found some great spots and I’m thinking the views should be beautiful
I’m sure there are very few individuals on this forum that don’t have many good things to look forward to - not just in September. Please reflect on your blessings during these times. So many have it bad beyond our comprehension. Maybe instead of that next small purchase a donation to a charity instead. Myself my US stimulus check went to the local food bank.
Also looking forward to getting myself a Seiko Street Fighter the Blanka version in bright green is the winner for me it’s just crazy.
I do share your enthusiasm for Ryu's version of the new Seiko, PS5 is still far and Destiny expansion has been postponed so no good, and I still hope for some more heat before cooler time that would mean 3rd or 4th Covid wave.... That said, I'm seeing some friends back again so that makes my month, and technically I will be getting a new watch to my collection (from a very nice OF member) in the first day of September.
September is when the weather warms up here, I can't wait. Each winter seems more irritating, & I won't be retiring in this place. Pretty mundane feelings; Australia hasn't suffered such a covid disaster as many countries.
Have you seen Darwin’s weather lately Haven’t worn a jumper since my last holiday. (did put old rugby jersey on one or two morning when it dipped below 18)
You wouldn't know it from the way the politicians have locked down the states, especially WA. Or Melbourne, now in a six week lockdown where you can't go more than a few km's from your home.
