There’s enough stupid to go around for everyone to have their fair share of examples, regardless of what country you live in.

·Hey, @CBM1590 - thanks for helping me segue into the Trump part of our programming. I wasn’t expecting an Olympic and religious curveball- talk about blindsided- maybe I need to revise my list. You get extra points for that! Oh and I didn’t put shitting on the French on the list, how could I have missed that one.

Glad I could be of assistance. I have, nor had, any knowledge of your aforementioned mayor issue in drag. Nice reach on the segue. Points for that! I personally draw the line though on “parody” regarding something as important to me as it is to many of the 2.4 billion Christians on this planet. While it didn’t happen on US soil under our Constitution, I still believe in freedom OF religion. They can do what they want. It’s their choice. It’s also mine to turn the channel. (When is the last time any other major religion has been “parodied” as often or to this degree?). We may not agree but I’d fight for us to have the freedom to respectfully disagree and remain friends in the process. Again, glad I could be of service in what has become an entertaining thread. Now let’s see if we can get your list appropriately checked off 😉.

And for what it’s worth- not as a Christian- despite it being a parody to some, it can still be seen as being in poor taste- again, a mature way of expressing chagrin- not an “attack” as is so easily amplified by those who seek to sew dvision and polarization.
