Omega only gives your the red case and spring bars if you purchase the NATO straps online. They no longer include the spring bar tool but you can purchase it for $10.
Like others have said, I bought it online from Omega which came with the kit and packaged in one of there fancy white Omega boxes. They ask online which size you want, 19-20mm or 21-22mm width. The spring bar tool they charge a extra 10 euro for which they ask during the checkout process.
It’s pretty easy to say my 105.012-65, however for a modern watch I’d like a 2.5Hz co-axial option... just love the sound of the slow beat... hoping they make one someday...
@drhombus24, that is absolutely stunning. Can you provide details? I haven't seen one like it on the usual pre-owned forums.
I haven’t found the blue dial with black bezel yet, but that’s probably a good thing as I shouldn’t be buying another watch right now anyway!
No patience for 12 pages of searching.......... Buzz Aldrin's Speedy or a watch from Louis Brandt's bench.
For me, it would undoubtedly be my first Omega, the original James Bond Seamaster. Still keeps fairly good time and looks the part.
