If you would have only ONE Omega-watch—what would it be?

I don't know what the reference number is but I've owned a 2000 Speedmaster Professional Moon Watch since 2002 (bought second hand) and even though I've been more of a Rolex guy (Datejust, Sub, GMT II) as well as owning an early 60's Connie redial (two-tone), save for the lack of water resistance, my Speedmaster could be an only watch. I love these things. I have about 15 watches to rotate through and the Speedmaster is in the top 3-4. Wearing it now.

Have to be Speedmaster.
Have to be vintage.
Have to have bracelet.
Have to be stepped dial.
Have to be have nice lume.
Have to be unpolished.

145.022-68 would be it, if pressed to choose one.

You were almost there:
Have to be Seamaster.
Have to be sort of vintage.
Have to have bracelet.
Have to be wave dial.
Have to be have nice lume.
Have to be unpolished.

2254,50 would be it, not needing to be pressed to choose one.

idk, I'm a huge fan of Seamasters (and would likely pick one as my one and only Omega) but that vintage Speedie is really rockin'.

IF it was a Seamaster and not a Speedmaster, I'd agree with you.

Thankfully, we don't have to really decide. 😁
