    984.252ft would look dicky.

    And who really uses ft anyway ::stirthepot::


    And most ratings are tested to +25% so technically 1000ft is OK.

    Maybe they think imperial measurements are better so they promise an extra few yards if you are willing to go old school?

    I think the only chance my watch will go more than 300m deep in the ocean is if I accidentally drop it overboard. :)
