Identifying Neo-Vintage Speedy

Hi gents,

Been thinking about getting back to Speedster game.

Local seller has 1989 Speedy for sale (no papers or other identifying documents though) and I´ve been trying to figure out if all the details are matching. Moonwatchonly has been helpful but still some things are not 100% clear for me.

Serial 4825xxxx - points to 3590.50
Dial´s S & R - more like 145.0022
Caseback - more like 145.0022
Bezel although is non serif version which does not fit for 145.0022, replaced?

I think that watch might be a bit younger, transition from 89 - 90? Have I missed something important?

Edit: Ilovemyspeedmaster.com dates the watch to be January 1990, so this transition might explain newer bezel, but older dial and caseback?
