Seeking any help in identifying this and opinions on whether cracks around edge of glass affect its value. Cracked not shattered.

I thinking a collector will still pay good money for this…

Thanks in advance for any input.

My understanding is that it is a late 1960s/1970s-era stopwatch, I'm sure there is model number inside the case back if you cared to look. The case adds a few dollars to the value.

Last I looked for one of these, you could get them for $3-400 in near mint shape.

Heres a similar one that went for 180 GBP: https://www.iconicauctioneers.com/rec03928-67-0316

And another one, in a little better shape than yours that went for ~$240 (Slightly different configuration).

The broken crystal DEFINITELY negatively affects the value, though it doesn't really have a ton anyway. IF I were to be bidding on this somewhere, I probably could max out at about $150 if I had a few beers first.

Another beer and the price become $145 😁.

Cracked not shattered.
Shattered, being held together by the case.

More stopwatch help here.

Cheers Eric. So would you be drinking English Bitter when making that that bid? As in $£150?

Cheers @ErichKeane. So would you be drinking English Bitter when making that bid? As in £150 a fair valuation in your opinion
