ID on 1920s Omega

Hello! First time posting here. I’m very interested in buying a vintage Omega and came across this model that I have never seen before. Hoping someone can provide some more information on it? The seller noted it’s from ~1928 and is in good working condition. If anyone has information on it, it would be appreciated!
