A. It's only "irresponsible" or "negligent" for a mental-health professional, which I'm not. As a layman, I'm free to refer to a serial scam artist as a sociopath in the colloquial sense that the term is generally used by non-members of the mental-health field, based on forum posts; and you're free to restrict yourself to whatever language you prefer. Likewise, it's not a "diagnosis" coming from anybody who isn't a mental-health professional.
B. I already acknowledged that I can't "know" that he's a sociopath. In my lay opinion, he's a sociopath as I understand that term.
