I just struggle to see any of the hands when I haven’t got my glass 😁

But were they really all curved (convex shape)?

Yep. It’s not always apparent in photos, but clear in the flesh.

Are the hands really that much of a problem? I reckon its one of those things if it plays on your mind, even subconsciously, then you go looking for it. I know what you mean that they can disappear but I've only noticed this when I make it so by tilting my wrist - never ever had an issue reading the time. Each experience is individual, though. Its a beautiful watch and enjoy it! @M'Bob cracking pair (😉) you have there by the way - snap!

There are worse problem for sure 😀 But it is by no means a cheap watch, so I don't think it is a detail either. Flat stamped hands don't cut it for me at this price level.

We all know Professional is easier to read, but FOIS is ok, and we love it as different as it is.

The main reason i don't like the FOIS are the hands.
Can read time better with lume at night than at day. That’s how much it’s unreadable.

Get an eye test. It is fine. Or were you exaggerating for comic effect?

All I’ll say is that my new AT 38mm is getting most of my wrist time. I was exaggerating a bit about the FOIS.

I don't know man. When the light catches them just right they glow in a beautiful way. I like the leaf hands.

I love the hands on mine, the silver arrow hands look elegant - but due to them disappearing in most lighting conditions - i ended up selling mine a few weeks ago...

That is one of the reasons I sold my CK2998 Pulsometer despite it being my grail watch before I acquired it. The alpha hands are almost invisible at certain angles. Getting the time at a quickly glance was often impossible.

In FOIS case is easy to solve. You just need a speedy pro hands set, and problem solved (it would look very similar to 321 in that case).
