Hi all, Ive been using this forum for awhile, just recently decided to sell my Rolex.. but don't have sufficient privileges. What do I need to do to sell in that section? Thanks
If you have a track record of contributing and buying/selling elsewhere it may be worth contacting a moderator who may be prepared to waive the restrictions. As mentioned in post 2, this is clearly stated in the FS section FAQ

It's fun corresponding with others about your hobby so 200 posts isn't really that much effort. Alternatively you could trying buying some posts from oddboy ;-)
Discussion and collecting forum that offers a sales function for contributing members. Not a sales forum.
I would also note that the OF community are also some of the most educated and discerning collectors out there. As a result, I often find there's an OF "discount" because what may look "honest/unpolished" to you is in fact a "mediocre case" given the exposure some of these collectors have. Anyway, I find it's actually pretty fun to start looking for threads you can contribute to. It's better than just writing "nice watch!" over and over and over again.
So take pictures of your watches and post in the WRUW thread. You'll need to post pictures to sell anyway and this will be good practice...
