·Omega is by far my favorite watch brand. They offer the best bang for buck in my price bracket of about 4.000 to 5.000 €. I don't want to spend more for a watch. I don't feel comfortable carrying around even more money on my wrist each day.
In fact Omega offers watches that good for that money that I haven't found a brand that can even keep up. Maybe Tudor but their offering is rather limited.
I have and love the Speedmaster, I had and liked the Seamaster and I would really like to get another Omega.
Globemaster, Railmaster, Aqua Terra - all great watches and I think I wouldn't even be able to decide between them. But god why don't they offer good clasps on any of these models. I am a bracelet guy but the bracelets of these watches don't even have a fine adjustment - let alone a quick one. I tried the AT and sold it. The bracelet simply didn't fit. Too lose or too tight, both is not comfortable.
So Omega offers watches that good that they ruin other brands for me but most of the watches I like just are not wearable for me.
I am sad and had to rant, I am sorry!
