I cannot figure this ladies watch out! TIA

I came across this vintage ladies Omega watch and cannot figure out what it is. At first it seemed like an early ladymatic but then it seems like the strap is more from 60s era. The hand is very unusual and ornate.
Any idea of what this is or what the value might be?

Well, it is not a Ladymatic! The bracelet is a cheap after-market replacement. It appears the plating has worn off the lugs. The hand is not original to the watch. There is no market for women’s vintage watches. Especially distressed ones such as this. If you are able to find a buyer, let us know hat you got for it.

I've bought ones like this for about 15 USD equivalent that I bought because I was after the movement.

That caseback shape I havent encountered before, you would need to pop the caseback off to see.
The photos arent very clear so I cant really comment too much more.
