How many Rolex's do you own?

I traded my 4 digit DJ for a newer AT, but the plan is to find the right replacement 4 or 5 digit DJ.

The wife may end up with a 26 or 28mm DJ before I get mine though.

I own another now ... bringing me back up to 4. This one dates to 1930 and just needs some work on one of the lugs which will have to wait a few more weeks for the lockdown to end.

Just one ... The 39mm Explorer Mk 1.

I was thinking of selling it to fund other watches, but probably not anymore since Rolex discontinued it.

‘67 1018, ‘70 1600, gilt gloss ‘64 1002, ‘791002, ‘81 5500. Would love a 1016 or 1665. Have thought about a holes case 14270 for many years, but honestly, my matte dial 1600 looks sportier.

0, and I keep striking out with the AD to get me a watch before it gets discontinued. First, it was the white dial OP 39, then it was the 39mm Explorer. It's hard to buy a Rolex these days unless you want to pay extra.

Three now.

6426 bought new, at retail, in 1988 and put back on the bracelet, today in fact, for this shot! It's first time back on bracelet in almost 33 years.

that 6426 looks mint!

The bracelet is absolutely perfect, never seen a moment of wear before today's pose. The watch itself was my daily wear for like 7-8 years, and apart from a service it got, some 20 years ago, is still looking pretty great. It's funny how much I find myself gravitating back to the 34's and 36's now, thanks in large part to you all! 😀

@marcnorth........There was a guy on ebay and then etsy from Thailand 4-6 years ago, last I looked he was not to be found.

But we made a thread here on OF if you want to search for a ID.....top quality, responsive to customization questions, great communication and execution.

I have a thing for the more petite variants. None of the more modern stuff interests me much.
