I ran into the same issues finding the right person locally, and have since looked more widely (so other poster's comments) to find someone who can help. Not everyone might be in to shipping watches for service, but if they are well-insured...well, personally I don't mind and will take the tradeoff if I can find someone reputable. Something to consider-
