Neo left us yesterday... 2 months short of his 14 years contract I had with him! I will be sending the early departure fees !!

He leaves a huge emptiness, but with the joy of having had a great long life , full of adventures. He was deeply loved and will be missed
Not a dog person at all, but am truly sorry for your loss. Neo seemed like that one in a thousand type of dog I would have enjoyed and he would have gotten along with me. Enjoy all the perks of Doggy Heaven, Neo. You earned them with all the love and devotion you gave here on Earth.

I'm so sorry, Lester, you have my deep condolences. I felt a strong connection with Neo from your photos and descriptions over the years. I know he was your constant companion and will be missed forever.

Very sorry to hear that. It hurts for a long time but the memories will always be there.

Thank you all for your kind words. It is indeed hard for the moment. For me personally, as I'm working from home, and during his elderly years, my/our life was scheduled around his needs and happiness. So, my days feel a bit off for the moment... My flow is broken, and I need to find/establish a new rhythm.

Thank you all for your kind words. It is indeed hard for the moment. For me personally, as I'm working from home, and during his elderly years, my/our life was scheduled around his needs and happiness. So, my days feel a bit off for the moment... My flow is broken, and I need to find/establish a new rhythm.
these companions of ours become so ingrained in our day to day lives, then they go on ahead and besides the hurt of the loss, that feeling of not knowing what to do with yourself because you don't have to do all those little daily things you do to support your companion. That new rhythm takes a while.

Omg I saw him so often here kinda felt like I patted the big fella. So sorry for your loss I know it’s difficult. Peace and all good things to you.
