·Very nice seeing Maharishi Yogi turn into an affectionate cat. When I rescued him and his brother they had a short history of neglect which makes them a bit skittish but Maharishi yogi seems have gotten over it although he loves females he just melts in their arms and they all tell him how cute he is.

It takes cats a long long time to completely open up after some neglect or abuse.

·...They exist relatively harmoniously with the cats, although the little one gets very annoyed if he's followed, the Maine Coon (over 10 kilos) doesn't mind them so much...
Hah! i thought your Maine Coon was a dog. That is a big cat!
We have Coyotes in town. They are skittish, very clever, and have taken people's cats and small dogs (from talking to former pet owners.) I've seen three, but always quickly and crossing a street between green areas.
This about the foxes in London is complete news to me. I'd rather have foxes than rats.
