Last evening I was admitted to hospital and despite the problems I was going through my main concern was for my wife and daughters and to be honest my four legged pals never left my mind.
Thankfully I am now back home and the puppy has not left my side and has decided to sleep beside me 🥰

I am time poor for a while yet so not reading/posting much in the Xmas lead up. Old boy is doing ok but not liking the winter. He is using a hot water bottle to ease his old bones, but can still clear the 6 foot fences so not too feeble despite it all. Young girl just does a double take at how spoilt he is… but she is getting some cat ‘catnip’ chocolate and a nibble of salmon so having a few treats. .
We always tell our young ones when we're pampering the old ones, "when you're old and broken you'll get the spa treatment too!"
Days are turning in to weeks and I am still housebound 🙁 No matter how hard I try they are long days 🤬
Thankfully I have this section of the forum to peruse 👍

I wish you a good recovery and good days ahead. I recently spent a long time laid up, and I can confirm a loving dog and a few neat watches can really see you through. 👍
Spent time in hospital today and back again tomorrow, hopefully my last visit. 👍
