·Rocky raccoon is growing well and the brothers Grimm are comfortable and already taking over the house. Rocky raccoon follows verbal directions ie. “No jumping on the kitchen tables or counters” while his brother Maharishi yogi is being more of an outlaw. Still Rocky Raccoon will turn a patting session into a fight more often than not

·I got two brothers at a rescue. I was not 100% sure they were Russian Blue but looking through the paperwork I found the doctor (vet) wrote “Russian blue” in his notes. I don’t have any other papers but I think with both the look and behavioral characters they are at least half Russian blue, I don’t know if I can say 100% without a dna test and papers all I have is a vet and people at the rescue telling me this. In certain light the blue becomes prominent.

I would hazard a guess largely Russian Blue for yours… perhaps some Korat mixed in but either way it’s a big win! I have a British shorthair boy now but fond memories of the two Russian Blue sisters.

Based on the photos I think one is Russian and one Ukrainian.

·Neo hasn't been too active here these past weeks as he has been going through a rough time... And my sleep pattern too!
He has been bleeding from the nose for a month now. It started mainly at night (hence my disrupted sleeps) then a few times during the day as well in the last 10 days.
He has now had a rhinoscopy (last Monday) and a CT scan on yesterday, both negative... Full report on the CT scan expected on Monday, but at first view, no tumors were seen in his head nor thorax, thanks God.
Last weekend, he suddenly weakened sharply, so emergency visit on Monday to the vet as he was actually having anemia... Antibiotics, couple of injections seem to have given him a boost as both his bleedings have diminished (numbers and intensity) and his strength has much improved.
We just came back from the vet again tonight, and he no more has anemia, his blood pressure is also fine!
So, for the moment, his overall health seems to improve. Which I really hope it does as I have been sleeping in the couch next to him for the last month, waking up 3/4 times per night to calm him down and clean him when he starts bleeding.
He was in a good mood this morning
That said, he is a dragon and he will get through this...
