·Damn poor sooper dooper. I keep forgetting her age until I talk to the vet but she is well over 20. I’m having a problem lately I just can’t feed her enough. I fear her illness is progressing and she is unable to get the proper nutrients out of her food. Although this may look like a vicious picture and she is about to attack and kill the entire household she is simply meowing for food. Right after she knocked back a can of fancy feast.

·This is old boy today. Slowly coming to terms that she is back (young girl was around again early am) I think he will settle down once he knows she is not coming in. @Walrus Sorry you are having issues with Sooper - you have done / are doing a grand job. Old boy has lost weight and had some sickness issues the last few months. That has settled down now and his weight is stable but still lower. We do have a lot more food waste as he is very fickle and needs strong flavours. As mentioned before that was a key reason we could not keep young girl - It does not take much to unbalance their yin and yang ☯️.

·Well done keeping her happy……our last guy couldn’t take in enough in his battle with lung cancer and dropped 5 lbs in the last month.

·I went through that with my Buddy Baxter. When he hit 14 yo he got a tumor in his esophagus couldn’t eat. It’s amazing how fast they go from hefty muscular beings to sadly wasting away. I tried blending his damn food in the end it was all for naught. Still miss Baxter he was a crazy cat. One of his last photos
Lovely photo / he looks a thoughtful kind boy. You can tell from his eyes he was relaxed so you were doing a great job with him.

·We have had two chilly but nice sunny days. Young Girl stormed the bastille briefly yesterday.
I did relent and gave her ruff a brush, but I am keeping fraternisation to a minimum ( it is tough :0) I think she knows she has a new home.. but likes to keep all options open. Old boy is happy to be in the top spot and likes to check out Hopefully pet owners understand in the morning before letting me do any work…..
