Unusually the old boy a bit camera shy whilst sporting his Christmas attire T.b.h. I felt a bit guilty taking him for a walk, -2°
Not sure whether sugar plums are dancing in Charlie's head or if he got into the bowl of eggnog.....both, perhaps.
Santa (aka Grandpa) came to surprise the toddler and the girls The girls Christmas gift arrived! Space for their chew chews and toys, which Santa was kind enough to bring also.
I’m not the owner, my son is.. I just noticed his grandiose pose as he sat and watched everyone around him .. .
10km walk this early afternoon back near Spa to Bellevaux where there is a local brewery... He is resting quietly this evening ;-)
Our first Xmas at home in five years... about the only positive from bloody Covid…. The old boy is very happy and approves. Still managing to find the sunny spots / he hates the winter - He is bit of a humbug when it comes to Christmas.
I am having an Ipad spring clean and found these again from earlier this year. The old boy has been a real tonic and good company as we surf between the lockdowns. He has had some eye trouble / bit of conjunctivitis this week but thankfully only in one eye and with some cleaning and bathing we have avoided any antibiotics. I Like to keep the big guns in reserve and let nature do its thing as much as possible. It has meant more cat handling and interference than he would like over Xmas, but despite strong vocal protests, he has put up with us and kept the claws 'safety' on - so he must know we are doing it for the right reasons. Luckily it has cleared up today.
