Home, safe ...friendly and relaxed.... but I think he still likes to let everyone know he is packin'... .
More sitting around than beachcombing, seemingly taken on Lindisfarne https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lindisfarne and in the very far distance Bamburgh Castle https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bamburgh_Castle
I’m sure I can squeeze through this gate On second thoughts I’ll just eat Dad’s new bench in anger then
When my first Boxer was a puppy, she would watch out for me in the afternoon when she knew I was coming home from work. She was behind a wrought iron fence and would stick her head through it. Unfortunately, she was still growing, and one day I came home and found that she had put her head through the fence and couldn't pull it back. She never did that again. This is an old (pre-cell phone) photo of her from when she was around the age when this happened, probably six months or so. My best dog ever ... I still miss her a lot.
At my place of work I don’t have any fellow watch nuts but I have several animal lovers. I stopped over one of my coworkers place, he had two beautiful huskies and one African grey parrot. I’ve never had a parrot but always been fascinated by them. I guess the parrot wanted to show off for the new guy. The little fellow said hello, mimicked the phone ringing and barked at the dogs until the dogs got worked up and started barking at which point the parrot made a funny laugh. I’m kinda like a little kid around parrots and I was in such a rush to see it I left my phone in the car and don’t have pictures but I think we will meet again.
Camping holiday continues, Seemingly a breeze came up and they were worried he might catch a cold, Spoiled or what
