My youngest daughter and I took the pup out for hike to this beautiful evening. Just of the trail I found this cluster of Trillium. I had to pose Ruby with them.

Especially bred for truffle hunting. Very intelligent and affectionate. I just moved to NYC and I'm living in an apartment that won't allow pets but if circumstances were different I'd definitely add one to my life.

I have a similar looking breed. The much smaller cockerdoodle, especially bred for scat hunting. Very intelligent and affectionate.

OK, the scat hunting part is a lie, but she is really good at it (unfortunately).

Last night my wife and Primrose fell asleep together on the couch holding hands. I tried to sneak a photo but the flash went off and the pre-flash focus flash (if you know what I mean) woke Primmy and she gave me this look.
I like it because it looks like one of those paparazzi photos of a celeb rolling out a club at 3am after a few drinks with some pretty young thing on their arm.
